MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DI PONDOK PESANTREN FATIHUL ULUM JEMBER

Abstrak

This research relies on good principal leadership. In connection with this, this study aims to determine the principal's leadership in improving teacher professionalism at Fatihul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research that focuses on natural and analysis according to the logic of scientific thinking. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting and verifying data, then drawing conclusions about the results of the research conducted. There are three things stated in this study, namely: (1) Proven management ability of the principal in relation to the general manager to improve the professionalism of teachers according to their main duties and functions, as well as allowing teachers to carry out their duties and responsibilities professionally; creating opportunities for teachers to improve their professional qualifications; (2) The principal's business intelligence can improve teacher professionalism, evidenced by the principal's ability to manage education funds, especially in finding education funds to meet the educational needs of the subjects; (3) the principal's pedagogical ability in improving teacher professionalism, evidenced by the principal's ability to develop spiritually, ethically, physically, and artistically, the technique is carried out according to the program.
