Keseluruhan temuan ini menegaskan bahwa model kepemimpinan nabi SAW relevan diterapkan dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat modern untuk membangun tatanan sosial yang beretika, berkeadilan, dan berkeadaban.
This article examines the leadership model of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in community development through an analysis of Qur’anic values, prophetic da’wah, and social empowerment. Using a literature review method, this study synthesizes concepts and findings from scholarly works related to prophetic leadership, mosque-based empowerment, and the formation of a civil society. The results indicate that Qur’anic principles such as brotherhood (ukhuwah), mutual assistance (ta’awun), and social justice served as the foundation of the Prophet’s leadership. These values were implemented through the strategic role of the Prophet’s Mosque (Masjid Nabawi), which functioned not only as a place of worship but also as a center for education, governance, economy, and social transformation. Prophetic da’wah emphasized both spiritual guidance and the development of a self-reliant and cohesive society. The social impact of the Prophet’s leadership is reflected in the establishment of a just, inclusive, and harmonious community in Madinah, as exemplified by the Charter of Madinah. Overall, this study concludes that the prophetic leadership model remains relevant for contemporary community development, offering ethical, just, and empowering principles for building a civilized society.
